ACC CONCERT TASK SIGN UP
As a member of ACC everyone needs to sign up for concert tasks in order for our concerts to run smoothly. There are numerous tasks that need to be completed, many more than the total number in the choir, so be generous and sign up for more than one task.
To Sign Up: Tasks are grouped by area. Once you decide on an area that you’d like to sign up for, just click on the name. You will then see the list of tasks within that grouping. Simply find a task that has “sign ups” available and click sign up. Once you’ve completed the sign up process you will receive an email confirmation. Please use your full name so that we can generate the final sign up list for our captains.
Changing Your Sign Up: If you make a mistake or for some reason need to change your task, you can remove your name using the “remove link” you receive in the confirmation email.
Reminders: You will receive a reminder email 3 days before your task(s) date.
